Fur People Photography and Grace Scott Photography both of Defiance, are joining together to bring you twice the photos, twice the prizes and twice the talent for your portraits.
On Mother’s Day, 10 winners (5 children and 5 pet sessions) will be chosen from all of the entries. Each of the winners will receive a portrait session (on location or at our temporary studio) and a $50 print credit to purchase portraits from your session.
But that’s not it!
A photo from each session will be posted online on our web-site and the public (that means your family and friends) will vote for their favorite child and pet photo. The top prize is a 16 X 20 portrait!

Sessions must take place prior to June 1 and be within 20 miles of Defiance.

Last week my husband and I went out to try out a new lens on my camera. I took pictures of birds, trees, flowers and this very cute little Boston Terrier. I thought I would share his picture with you! 
Zeus is a big wonderful Newfoundland. He is now considered a senior citizen because he is 8 years old, but don’t tell him that! He is a young stud as far he knows!
I have always loved Newfoundlands. They are so big and very loving dogs.
When I was young I wanted a big hairy bear of a dog as my pet. Mom & Dad said no way! So I had to settle for Bull Terriers…
Well today I am all grown-up (over 40) and I have two big hairy bears (Newfoundlands) of my very own. Zeus and Sassy.
Through out my posts you will see them in many of my photos.
This year I was able to attend the Newfoundland Nationals in Frankinmuth, MI. Being a Newfie lover and a pet photographer…wow…I was in heaven!
